Chakra Balancing
Chakras are the body's energy vortices. I have found that the major chakras extend out from the body five to six feet both in front and behind.
I found early on in my practice that men and women's chakras rotate in different directions. That's what makes women different from men, thank God. A year ago, a man's base chakra would rotate clockwise, the second chakra counterclockwise, the third chakra clockwise and so on. With women, the first chakra would rotate counterclockwise, the second chakra would rotate clockwise, the third chakra would rotate counterclockwise, and so on.
Now I have noticed that with the 2012 shift, men's chakras all rotate clockwise--as a rule of thumb, of course. And women's chakras rotate counterclockwise--again as a rule of thumb. I should clarify that when I say
"clockwise" or "counterclockwise," I mean as viewed from someone standing behind the body or from the person's own point of view.
Now, when a woman is on her moon cycle (her menstrual cycle), her chakras will rotate the same way as a man's. This is actually the reason why some men become irritated when a woman is on her moon cycle. It is because, subconsciously, a man is sensing another man coming in, and he becomes territorial.
A good way of determining whether or not your chakras are spinning in the right direction is to take a pendulum, hold it over that chakra, and see if it is turning in the same direction the chakra should be turning. If you find that the chakra is spinning the wrong way, you can actually spin it in the right direction using your finger. I find that if I activate my Aka Dua beforehand, the chakra is more apt to continue turning the right direction. The Aka Dua is like an added insurance policy.
When a woman is on her menstrual cycle, I don't even mess with her chakras. This is her body's way of cleansing, and I don't want to interfere with that.
A good way of removing negative energy or debris from your chakras is to sit down in a comfortable spot and intend all of your chakras to spin in the correct direction for you. Then for about five seconds, intend them to spin the opposite way. Then return them to the correct direction again.
